LQ-Box is designed for use by dental lab professionals. The lab light curing unit is intended for polymerization of dental resin-based composite (CQ, PD contained material), appllied in the field of light-cured impression tray, crown and bridge glazing or coating, denture cosmetic finishing, and dental artificiate gingival customizing etc. It is used in dental lab technology and equipped with state-of-the-art electronic components.
The unit consists of Blue LED (wavelength 445-475 nm, peak 460nm) which have longer life time than Halogen lamps.
Violet LED (wavelength 390-420 nm, peak 405nm) is also available as optional component.
Digital display control panel provides simple and user-friendly operation.
Rotating turn table ensures uniform polymerization results.
Average light intensity on turntable: at least 100 mw/cm².
Audible beeping notice when curing process is completed.

Widened curing chamber room makes in-and-out of the curing object easier.
